Calling it Quits

So I got mad at Qwest and decided to cancel my internet services. They really screwed up my bill the last couple of months and I am tired of spending so much time on the phone to try to fix their mistakes. So my internet shuts off on the 9th of January. I don't keep up on this thing very well anyway, i will try to post if anything huge comes along but for now...so long :-)

Family Pictures

It is awful to say but we have NEVER had family pictures taken...ever! So this year I decided we had to get some. They turned out really well and she did a great job with three kids that did not want their photos taken :-) Here is just a couple that I really liked.
My boys, I think this is my favorite out of all of them.
It has been a really great Christmas season so far. I LOVE that our kids are so into the season this year. I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas :-)

WOW!!

That describes my month so far. Between two birthdays, Grandma passing, 10 year High school reunion, much needed girls trip, Grandma's funeral, trip to the E.R. with Tyce which resulted in a needed surgery, and Chase's first day of kindergarten it has been a hectic month! Both Tyce and Jaxson had their birthdays this month. Tyce turned 3 and Jaxson turned 2. They were fun times with the cousins! Then my Grandma passed away and we had all the family in town for the funeral. It was really nice to see everyone and I wished we all lived closer to one another. The funeral was really good and I was comforted with the knowledge of our atonement and that families are forever. My Grandma was the strongest women I have EVER known. My reunion was in August as well and it was fun to see some blasts from the past. We took Tyce in to the E.R. on Sunday and spent over 10 HOURS in Mercy Medical! NEVER USE MERCY MEDICAL CENTER, THEY SUCK!!!!!! After they pumped my poor 3 year old full of drugs and he still wouldn't go to sleep to take a CT scan we left. This was after they tried to give ANOTHER dose of morphin to him and told them not to touch him anymore. We followed up with our Ped the next day. He has a hernia, not a big deal and we met with the surgeon and scheduled the surgery for September 8th. This makes me even more mad! Mercy didn't need the CT scan and all that waiting and drugs were unneccessary!! Anyway.... Chase had his first day of Kindergaten today. He was SO excited and it was cool to see him so grown up. I am so proud of him and what a great kid he is. :-)

Birthday, Anniversary, and Lagoon

I have been really bad about keeping up on this thing, and unfortunately I really didn't get any pictures from all the events for the past month. But...since June we have celebrated my birthday, Jeric and mine 8th anniversary, and we took the kids to Lagoon. We have been having a lot of fun having Jeric home so much lately and being all together. Here are just a couple of pictures from Lagoon, everything else I forgot to take pictures. :-(
We stopped at Grandmas house on the way home and made cotton candy, Tyce LOVED it and was a sticky mess by the end.
Jaxson LOVES to wear optimus prime so the other night he put on Tyce's church shoes with his p.j.'s and was walking around trying to scare everyone.
Lagoon before we went in.
It was a very nice, and much needed trip. We got to see Grandma and Grandpa Gonzales, a long lost best friend in Utah (Tara), and stop at a wedding on the way back and enjoy the company of friends. I am so grateful that families are forever because I can't get enough of mine!

Movie Night and Random Pictures

With Jeric gone this last week again I have been trying everything to keep the kids entertained. By the end of the week I am out of ideas. So tonight we went and rented a movie, grabbed some treats, and watched the movie. The kids enjoyed it and I welcomed the peacefulness.

This is how I found Tyce the other day watching T.V. He had taken off all his clothes to go to the bathroom and never put them back on :-)

Injury

Today started out in the ER. Tyce hit his chin on the counter and split it open. I am so surprised that I haven't spent all my time in the hospital with the way Tyce and Jaxson rough house. Luckily it was no big deal and they just glued it together, nothing big. Hopefully we will continue to be lucky and stay out of the hospital :-)

I LOVE San Fran!!!

I got to go see Jeric this last weekend in Cali. It was SO nice to get a break. After work on Saturday we headed to the city. Jeric served his mission in San Fransisco so I love that he knows his way around. It was a blast, we went down to the pier and then also swung by union square for the incredible Blondies Pizza. I really didn't get any pictures, so sorry. but here are just a few of the city.
heading into San Fran!!

Playing Catch-up

Sorry I haven't posted for awhile. So here's a re-cap. Jeric was able to come and spend two weeks with us for Christmas and New Years, that alone was a wonderful present. The kids had a blast having daddy home and rarely left his side. He is back at work, which stinks, but oh well. My parents took the kids and I up to McCall for a few days. It was nice to relax and the kids had so much fun swimming and playing in the snow. We had a wonderful holiday season and I just wanted to say thank you to all of you that have helped out. I was truly blown away by the generosity and service of others this season. Thank you!
Playing in the snow is FUN!
